We want you to absolutely love your Emilabs product. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry – we’ve got your back.

If you change your mind or your Emilabs product isn’t the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery - Just cover postage

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging (Full Refund)

  • You’ll need your proof of purchase

  • The product must be in resellable condition

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know when your refund has been approved. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.

Please note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Received the wrong item or need a different version? No stress!

We’re happy to exchange:

  • Items that arrive damaged

  • Incorrect items sent in error

  • Products with a confirmed fault

Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll organise the exchange as quickly as possible.

🛡️ 12-Month Warranty

Every Emilabs water flosser comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. Additional LIMITED 12-month warranty if you sign up for our newsletter.  

This covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Electrical or mechanical faults under normal use

If your product develops a fault during this period, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it – whichever makes the most sense. We want you living healthier lives starting with oral care. 

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Issues caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
