FAQs

Is bleeding gums normal?

Yes and No.

No because this indicates infection (not healthy)

Yes this is normal when you start to floss/ waterfloss again- you are doing something to get rid of this infection. YAY!

How long does the battery last, how do I charge it?

The advanced lithium-ion battery provides up to 30 days on a single charge.

There is a wireless usb charging cable included with every waterflosser.
Meaning NO MORE WORRYING, you don't have to worry about water getting into electricals.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this stage, but please send us an enquiry we may look at expanding into other countries

Do I have to worry about water getting into the waterflosser while charging?

Not at all! It is IPX8 waterproof so completely sealed. You won't have to fiddle around with a flap to charge it.

Obviously electricity and water do not mix so we don't recommend doing that.

What setting should I start with?

Let's be real you're getting the waterflosser because you haven't flossed.

What this means is there is an infection there that needs to be cleaned up and the gums will already be sore/ bleed. This is normal.

We would recommend starting with the small icon (gentle) or the pulse function. This way it's less intense on your gums as they are getting used to it.

You can also hold it further away as well.

How long does it take to get used to waterflossing?

Generally speaking 2 weeks. Maybe sooner if you keep using it.

Remember you can hold it further away from your gums while the bleeding gums (gingivitis) start to heal.
